After exact 6 months my micromax A92 battery was found faulty, I gave micromax care for replacement they told me it will be replaced within 8 to 10 days.It is more than 15 days and now they are saying it will take more 20 days.

My cellphone is off since 15 days. if i have to contact someone i have to insert my sim in other cellphone.

either they should give battery in 1 day or they should provide a mobile
