Micromax – camera is not working very poor service

After sales service of Micromax is very poor, frustrating and painful. I lose all the charm of owing this brand once i experienced your repair delay & inconvenience. I submitted my phone at M/s Shree Sai Telecom (Gurgaon), Shop NO. 1, Ground Floor, Devi Palace, Opp. Raj Cinema, Delhi Road, Gurgaon – 122001 on 30/11/2013 having job sheet no. N060197-1113-6715042, and since then my phone is returned back some day before on 23rd January 2014 after my many visits to that office or complaints or daily follow up to your customer care executives. I registered a complaint having compalnt No. 2412132657. Still my front camera is not working, also they are not ready to submit the phone on same jobsheet . Any of micromax service center official is not ready to listen even my problem. I am very disappointed with their behaviour & attitude. I was really annoyed by the way he argued and gave me baseless reasons for not repairing the phone same time & he said to me to submit again & wait for 2 months. I asked micromax customer care official that who is responsible then that told to talk service center, but noon at service center is ready to hear me. They seem to be totally unprofessional. They do not value customer’s time and money, there is no time limit or deadline for resolution of complaint.. They even close previous jobsheets and open new jobsheets from their end to keep their records clean. This is the worst service experience I ever had in my life. I made a mistake purchasing a micromax product and I am sure I’ll not repeat such a mistake.

I want at least replacement of my phone from Micromax alongwith extended warranty for the same. Also i want compensation from micromax for economic losses & unnecessary time spent on followup during my repair of phone.
