I had purchased Micromax Canvas A110 phone on 1st June 2013 from a local dealer in jaipur . (Rajasthan). It developed a technical snag with in a month of buying it and was submitted to their service centre ( SLR SALORA INTERNATIONAL , JAIPUR)on 5th July 2013. The Job sheet given is W020339-0713-4373993 and complaint no. is 1807130919 . They promised of getting it repaired within 2 weeks time. It has now been more than 45 days (as on 20th aug 2013)and i have havent received the phone yet. Inspite of repeated mails and telephonic communication reminders , they have not specified a given deadline for returning the phone back/ replacing it and keep on delaying by promising resolving the complaint soon.
I want the company to replace the phone and want a compensation for causing Monetary loss, Time loss , Family Disturbance and Mental Stress.
