I had purchased micromax canvas turbo A250 (White) mobile online from Flipcart against order no OD40512003459 dated 12-05-2014. Same was become defective after use of about 40 days as its display was defective. I gave the same for repair to their authorized service centre at roorkee ( Micromax Checkpoint) on 7 July 2014. I was informed that the phone has been sent to factory for repair ( REQUEST NO N30218-0714-10701095 ). It has not received back from the service centre till today though more than 75 days have been passed. I informed through Email & by phone but no reply so far from micromax.Please suggest what to do.
