micromax canvas elite A92 – Mobile Handset problem

Dear Sir, I have purchased a micromax canvas elite A92 smartphone on 26th July. from the same day it was creating problem. i have visited service center. without asking problem they update software. and ask me to wait for 2 days . again i visited service center this time they informed me that its battery problem and they will take 7 days to replace battery. i deposited my battery on 7th aug 2013. yesterday i called to service center to know the status this time they informed to wait for at least 1 month. now my problem is this i have spend 8500 rs to purchase this phone and from the same day it is switch off. my first complaint number w020324-0713-4716301 my second complaint number w020324-0813-4820025 kindly do some needful regards, manish

i want my money back as soon as possible.
