I have given my Phone to service centre on 4th Dec 2013 and was told that I will get it back within 15 working days. As on 3 Jan 2014 I have not received my phone without any proper reason except that part is not available.

I want to get my phone or equivalent phone back. I want my 14000 to be reimbursed which I spent on new phone. Apart from that the mental trauma I have been into, due to which my health has compromised, I would like to get the compensation for that as well. Over all I was to get Rs 50000/- as compensation. (Rs 14000 for new phone, Rs 15000 for old phone, Rs 20000 for mental trauma)
