Micromax Canvas HD Power button not working, internet browser becoming unresponsive

I purchased a Micro Max Canvas HD Mobile two days ago from the Croma Store in Connaught Place, Delhi. On the day of purchase itself, the power/ unlock button partially stopped working. It is now working intermittently and I have been unable to unlock the phone at least 4 times in the last two days. I have to pull out the battery manually and re-insert it to be able to use the phone again. Secondly, every time I try to visit a website on the browser, the page inevitably becomes unresponsive and I am forced to quit the browser within two minutes of visiting the page. This is absolutely unacceptable for a phone that is two days old. I took a gamble and purchased this handset as the reviews and opinion about this phone have been encouraging. There is no way that a customer can be expected to accept a device in this condition. I expect a full refund or a new handset in exchange. I live in Sonipat and it is impossible for me to travel to Delhi and visit Croma in order to facilitate this exchange. I request Micromax to send a representative to my residence and have my issues attended to. Please also provide me an alternative in order to not exceed the 7 day exchange policy limit. I am sorry to say that I am highly disappointed with what has happened. I chose your product over established brands as your company seems to have promised a lot. I now feel like I have made the wrong decision.
