I am using Micromax’s product. Details are as below. Product:- Smartphone Model:- Micromax Canvas Knight A-350 (Black & Gold) IMEI No:- 911357701350144 Above mentioned product is purchased online by myself via www.amazon.in . Copy of invoice is annexed as Annexure-A. The same was dispatched on Dt.8th December 2014. I was provided one year warranty for the same. I was facing problem of non-sensibility of touch screen since 6th April 2015 and as the phone is rubbish without touchscreen, I visited local authorized customer care center at Gandhinagar (Gujarat) i.e. Riddhi Communication. After assessing my phone primarily I was orally informed that it may take 12-15 days for solving the problem. A job-sheet was produced on 7th April 2015, and I submitted my phone to Riddhi Communication. My phone is in warranty period as mentioned in Job-sheet annexed as Annexure-B. Thereafter, I contacted customer care more than 10 times and I was repeatedly informed that my problem will be solved very soon. Finally I contacted Micro-max customer care No.18605008286 and I was informed by customercare executive that Company is facing some problem and it may take further 45 days to solve the problem. It is totally fraud, though the product is purchased just before 4-5 months and is in warranty period; It is taking more than 40 days to get solved. I am unsatisfied with the product as well as service provided by company.
I can not trust the company any more. I want my money back as refund. If its not possible I want my warranty period to be extended for a year.
