I submitted my phone “MICROMAX DOODLE A111″, for service on 16/AUGUST/2014. After a week,they gave me the exchanged phone with someone else’s phone, in which the EMEI was also changed,saying that “your Phone is repaired” Then after I asked them to get my phone to me,they are now making excuses by saying that ” the phone was sent to company from where it has been exchanged,now it could not be changed…..”. Also they are not returning the phone, saying that “u will receive the phone by next week,or 10 days after..” The jobsheet no. against which my original was submitted(16/AUGUST/2014) is “N030666-0814-11548637”. The New Jobsheet no. against which the phone(exchanged) is submitted(25/AUGUST/2014) is “N030666-0814-11734018”. Also I mailed to MICROMAX customer service regarding this,but there came no positive response. Also when I tried to call the customer care no many times,but I could not get any support. Today(22/09/2014) the to customer care was connected,where they are now asking for 15 more days.
want My phone which I submitted to the service centre to be delivered to me,Also the compensation for the delay in service,where I was unable to use my phone. Also If my (original) phone is replaced by someone else,I want a new phone with the same model…
