It is humbly requested that I Purchased Micromax Mobile Model no -Canvas Hd 116 ,for RS.15000 from Chandausi(U.P) on 4-5-2013 Since starting this phone was not in fully working condition so I complaint this matter several times before concerning service centre of the company but mobile is not in working position this phone is marked as “made in china” by the company .When I went to the service centre located at moradabad (U.P) ther were many customers who were complaining the performance of micromax made mobiles perhaps this company imports inferior and dumping quality phone from china to innocent indian customers and thereby commiting mischievious buisness. The company has given 12 months gaurantte but I was not able to use the mobile being defective .I purchased the phone on 4-5-2013 from baba sons(in attached documents) it starts showing problem in the very beggining then i contacted the purchaser he told me to go to moradabad service centre namely (arush world chadda complex moradabad)i submmited the device on 30-10 -13 they told that phone will be corrected within a hour or to .then i take it and when i started it again started showing same problem then on 6-11-2013 i again went to service centre located 50 kms from my house then the manager said the phone will be returned on 9-11-2013 but when i collected on the given date the phone shows the same problem nothing happens i again submmited on 25-11-2013 then they returned the phone on 7-1-2014 but as usual same problem occur(no charging) and then we again submitted on 9-1-2014 then i gathered it on 27-1-2014 theni checked the phone problem at the service centre the same problems is there and also the phones has been roughly handeled by them the side lines had been broken and the phone has been damages the i submiited the phone on the respective day at the service but till now the phone is at service centre there have been months passed but nothing hass been happened i request you to procees my complaint as fast as you can and the bill as well as other attachements are provided. So it is requested u to enquiry the quality of goods imported by the company and further requested you to order the company to provide me a new phone and also investigate about the goods and products impoted by the company
