Micromax Mobile set A117 Sr.No. 911334850696510 purchased from Aster Easy 2 Shop Invoice No. A/S/002276 DT.11/12/13. Set get off instantly while using on 28/10/14 has been given to service Job card No. W0306-1014-13025545 DT.29/10/14. Reported water damage resulting damage to lcd/connector cost up to 3500/- out of warranty. As per me set has been used as per normal user condition and 99% of set has no water marks how middle portion get water in it. Service Engineer’s suggestion of sweet is dilution of issue not justified. Company is escaping from providing warranty.

Damage resulting loss of cost 13750/- loss of data valued Rs 10000/- loss faith on company 15000/- and loss caused by mettle torture 10000/- loss of valuable time 10000/- total amounting to Rs 58750/-
