hello i purchased a micromax a110 canvas smart phone on 28 jan 2013, unfortunately soon after buying the piece i realized that it was a faulty one the problem i was facing with the phone is that , it perpetually gets automatically switched off with out any button pressed and this happens a lot many times , and its quite irritating when you put a 11 thousand just for a phone which malfunctions like this , i contacted the store operator and reported this problem , he instead helping me passed the problem to you people , that its manufacturers problem not theirs , although after all this i gave my phone for servicing at the authorized service center who were also unable to correct the problem , it was only after the third visit of my phone to service center the people got the problem , they say now that the phone has an issue with the mother board , now here i would like to get little clarification that a brand new phone purchased would be tampered with or its you guys who ended up in giving me a defective piece. imei no – 91123954752068
