I, have purchased 1(one) No. Micromax Mobile Hand set Model No.X410 from your above distributor. Unfortunately the was defective. Problem of the mobile is “INCOMING & OUTGOING CALL CANNECTED THEN SET HEAT” & “SCREEN & KEYPAD LIGHT IS ON WHEN CALL CONNECTED” causing battery loss & not able to long speech.
We have given the set to your above authorized service center for repairing from 20.09.2011 but. As per their opinion the set is not repairable. Hence it is defective.
I request your goodself kindly arrange to replace the same immediate and let us know the procedure to get replacement of mobile set.
I, have visited personally at Service Centre. Unfortunately they are trying to manage me to give old handset with another IME No. (as per my bill). I have purchased new handset but never use this phone. it is not possible take any old set. Please arrange to get a new handset for me.
