Micromax – defective product didn’t took proper action by company

Purchased A34 phone on 9-9-2013 and after two months internal problem occurs. I submitted my phone to above mentioned service centre 2 times and both times they took the phone for 45- 45 days and hand over me my phone without repaired. I used my new phone only 60 days and at least for 90 days it was in service centre . Yesterday they again handed over me my phone without repaired . i wrote several mails to the company but they didn’t took proper action.

I want my money back ie rs 5000 only.
