Micromax – Device is overheating poor service by center

This is regarding overheating issue of Micromax Canvas Knight A350 phone which I bought from Micromax Estore (invoice date – 10-Mar-2014, order id- 38442) and delivered to me on 11-March-2014 16:24 by FedEx (https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=798156580049&locale=en_IN&cntry_code=in) Issue – Device is overheating around camera and light sensor region when camera is on for 5-10 Mins. Overheating is too much to hold phone close to ears for voice calls. Looking for replacement/refund, as per policy (mentioned on http://micromaxestore.com/refundandcancilasnpolicy.aspx) I visited micromax authorized service – SARA SALES AND SERVICE, SHOP NO. 17, GROUND FLOOR, SUKHWANI CHAMBERS, STATION ROAD, PIMPRI, PUNE – 411018 Mobile No. :9890884845 Phone No. :020-27424848 Service centre found device overheating issue genuine but did not provide me DOA (Dead On Arrival case). I was conveyed that DOA can’t be given as per guideline given by ASM Micromax who informed service centre that this heating is normal. ASM was not physically present to check how hot the device was and denied for replacement.

Arrange for refund.It seems to me that this issue they cant resolve and I dont want to take risk for any physical burn or injury.
