Micromax – faced problems with handset toll free which is not toll free as it costs

i had purchased micromax modu-t mobile phone online on 20/7/2013, as i faced problems with handset i went to service centre on 04/12/2013 but till date i have not received my handset , i called on micromax toll free , but from one month they are saying that i will get my phone within 15 days but till date i dont have any status of my phone , the complain id is 0301144010 and request number is W01063112136780844.

i want a new handset of same model with a year warranty , or i want the exact cost of mobile , plus my petrol expenses and my call expenses which i used to call toll free number
