Micromax – faulty mobile cheating with customers

sir plz help me . i have given my phone ( micromax a110) for repair which is in warranty in micromax check point on 26th july. there was sensor problem in it. after that they took 5 days just for checking the fault which can be clearly seen and on 31st july they told me that they have to sent the phone to head office n it will took 10-15 days . that time they handed me a job sheet. the job sheet no. is N-100099-0713-4731540. i also registered a complain in care center of micromax . complain no. is 0308139317. now till the date i havent got my phone back and whenever i called to know when will i get my phone back they always have the same answer to wait for 7-10 days which are never ending. even without giving any satisfactory answer they always cut the phone which is very annoying.

i just want my phone back in 2-3 days otherwise i want get my money which i have spent on purchase of phone along with 4000Rs. extra for the harassment i faced due to all this
