Micromax Faulty Mobile Phone – Customer Care Not Responding

I have purchased a Micromax mobile (Model: Q75) in last Feb’ 2013. The track ball of this mobile start giving problem after a month.Later it started to give problem in call receive. For last three weeks this mobile is in their authorized service center in Laxmi Nagar but so far the problem could not be rectified. Please take it in your notice and do the needful to resolve the problem.

I want to replacement of that phone. infect based on the other customer’s feedback, the trackball issue is known to company still they are not pulling out this module from market. They can replace this model with other stable model. I can not roam around their service center.
