Product: Micromax Funbook infinity P275 Nature of problem in Tab: No internet connectivity but Tab is functional Submitted For Repair: 20th December 2013 Complaint • Did not return the Tab till 22nd January 2014. • Absconded i.e. service centre closed since past 20 days • They are not picking the calls. Tried calling them for more than 50 times. They cut the calls. • Finally got them on 23rd January 2014 • They replied that it is not yet repaired • I asked them to return the Tab in unrepaired condition since I am fed up. • They gave me a Tab WHICH IS NOT MINE. • This is an old Tab & in non-working condition. • My Tab had a crack on back side. • He said that this is my Tab, which I disagree.
It is under warranty period. Submitted in this vashi service station for almost 5 times in past 7 months. Unsatisfied Performance. 2. Need immediately My TAB in repaired condition. 3. Please take back the TAB given back by Sai Telecom.
