I am a residence of Trichy who worked in chennai. during that time, i have purchased the Micromax mobile phone on 23/05/2013. Within one month from the date of purchase, my mobile got problem with display. consequently, i have given my mobile for rectifying to their respective service center situated in Purasawalkam High Road. They have taken a time of more than a month to rectify it. Now again, my mobile got problem with the touch screen facility. i have contacted the Trichy Service Center (SOZO 198) for the above said problem. but they have informed me that, this problem will not come under the warranty, as the sticker (seal) was not closed properly by the Purasawalkam Service Center. subsequently i tried for the purasawalkam service center, where i couldn’t, as it was said to be closed. i got so disappointed over this issue. being a customer, how should i know about the warranty seal. how i can rectify this problem? i have sent a complaint letter to their customer contact center, but till now it wasn’t resolved. i request you to rectify my above said problem at the earliest. the details of my mobile which i bought is as follows: Model No: Q76 Date of Purchase: 23/05/2013 Place of Purchase: Saravana Stores, Chennai.
i want either replace or rectify the above said problem. ‘
