micromax – its screen started showing vertical lines poor service by centre

purchased canvas 4 worth rs.18000 on 9th october around 2 p.m from greater noida u.p, but on 15th october morning its screen started showing vertical lines on same day around 4 o clock i went there and waited in line around 2.5 hour, finally at 6:30 a customer service representative said me to come tomorrow because they have closed their server and can’t register my complaint ,on 16th i went to micromax service centre but that was closed due to eid festival so i went on 17th October and asked them to replace my phone but they refused to replace the same by stating that ” we only replace those phones which show any defect during the first seven days of purchase.” . i made request to their customer care centre but they also refused ,so after getting refused by every where i submitted my phone for repair and received job sheet. from that day to till today i have called them 100 times and visited their service centre more than 20 times and every time they refused me and said to me come after 7 or 10 or 12 days . many times they closed my job sheet and create a new one and send me message that i have collected my phone . for more clear information i m attaching a file “containing all events and time i visited service centre” with this complaint.

dear sir today it is 13.01.2014 and i have not received my phone in the last 3 months, no proper or genuine response & have been mentally harassed and my time wasted by constant follow ups and visits to the centre don’t want to have more relation with micromax and i don’t want my phone back bcz of their this kind of service and product and i want my money back along with interest of 2 months and compensation for my time and effort .
