Micromax Mobile A 10 Problems – No Customer Service – UNIQUE TECHNO SERVICES

TO micromax people, I have purchased micromax A110 canvas 2, on 13/04/2013 from Ahmedabad. On 5/07/2013 I have to give this to one of the micromax service centre (just in almost two months after purchase), it has a touch problem. I have submitted my Micromax phone to one authorised service centre UNIQUE TECHNO SERVICES BARODA on 05/07/2013. Service centre people told me that touch problem is there in your mobile, you need to submit and collect it after 20 days. After that much days I have called there they replied that wait for micromax message to come. After listening that answer number of times from there, I called on Micromax Mobile Customer Care Number – 1860-500-8286, they replied me that your complain number 2607134300 (It is almost one month before) is noted and call after 10 days for STATUS. I called after 10 days again on 1860-500-8286 again they told me that wait for 10 to 15 days. (I was really frustrated by this answer). You MICROMAX people doesn’t know the value of this much days that every time you are giving this type of time period. (This are literally irritating answers) I have tried to call to the UNIQUE TECHNO SERVICES they don’t want to listen anything and they told we are not able to tell anything they just told me every time when I call “wait for message to come”. Again being a patience costumer I have again called on 1860-500-8286 I have talked to Mr kamal on 29/08/2013(note that I have called many time in between also), he replied me again the same answer that wait for 10 days sir, In between this from service centre call came to me on 05/09/2013 and they told that this micromax service centre is closed and take your phone back and give it to somewhere else. So I again called on 1860-500-8286 and talk to Mr kamal he told me that don’t take your mobile back. So finally I have decided to mail on this Email ID. Now I think this is a limit to harass any costumer, I feel I have committed a crime by purchasing micromax mobile Till date I am without phone (After paying full amount of money while purchasing) up to more than 60 days I have wasted my time and money both in calling the service centre and costumer care number 1860-500-8286 number of times. I have listed only few conversations only, otherwise let me tell you I have called MICROMAX many times, that I don’t want to write it here.
