Micromax Mobile A27 – service centre purely in an intention of not giving my mobile back

I have purchased a Micromax Mobile A27 from mobile store at Tirunelveli on 27 Aug 13. Because of some technical irregularity in the handset in Ocr 2013, I have taken my mobile in ABU Communication DIRECT SERVICE OUTLET (Micromax Service Centre) on 06 Nov 2013 for repairs as it was under warranty period. My Work order no as generated by the above said Micromax Service Outlet is 404 and IMEI/Serial number of my mobile is 911321350149793/402291 and battery serial number is 5010. I have approached to the service centre on 21 Nov 13 for receiving it after repairs as promised by the above said authorized service centre. But I was betrayed. I was requested by the reps to visit the service centre for my mobile on 03 Dec, 07 Dec, 10 Dec 13 as every time they have made a new excuse, purely in an intention of not giving my mobile back. I have suffered lots of mental trauma because of dishonest and pathetic service of Micromax service centre as stated above. Now the service centre has even started avoiding my phone calls and whenever I am calling from some other mobile no. and asking the whereabouts of my phone, I am treated in rude manner. It is hereby requested that the strict action be taken against the culprits and I shall be compensated for the incurred loss in the meanwhile duration so far.
