I had purchased a micromax A57 from Real mobile shop in thamarassery (kozhikode) on 11/01/13.By 30/02/13 i had started facing problem in its batery and had submitted on M/S sri sai phone care center (authorised service center) for repair on 28/12/13 but till 17/1/14 the handset is not ready and the service center person is saying yet now also he didn’t satrt repairing.. its really frustrating. I will be highly grateful is you will take some action about this matter..plz help me

I had purchased micromax GC333 on 7/10/13. It had software problem. I submitted it for repairing at your service centre at siwan bihar on 7/11/13.
