dear sir my complaint is that my phone battery is not charge properly even then i have been replace the battery also at one time in the service center but the same problem in this battery also it is also not charge properly and my whole phone is too hot but i cannot tolerate now. please do something. i shall be very thankful to you. my phone’s model no. is – micromax A51

Why is Micromax not giving good customer care ? If they continue to do so, they will have the same fate as Nokia in India which got smashed from the Number One spot to 4th spot for its arrogant behavior.
