Dear sir/madam I am having a MICROMAX MOBILE model Q80, which was in warranty at the time of submission to service centre. I was facing a problem of call drop and network issue, so had given it to your service centre “mobile seva, marathalli, bangalore” . Job sheet for this is “S010088-0913-5575671” dated 25th September 2013. I was told that it will take maximum of 10-15 days. But got no communication regarding service & repair till more than a month & half, although I have tried calling service enter at given no.s 08025225566/9901826119. But it was out of order since have given handset for repair. I have called national customer care 18605008286, they launched a complain (no. 0810137126) & assured me to resolve it on priority. but again no response regarding delivery, meanwhile i called many times and every time I have been told, it will take 4-5 days. Also i had mailed regarding the issue & every time got a reply that it will be processed on priority. After so many follow ups and visits, finally, I got a message for delivery of my handset on Th 20 Nov., since then I have visited the service centre thrice , first time I have been told that they had received handset but without battery, so it will take around one week. Second time , I visited on last Friday, 6th December but again they told me to come on Monday 9th dec. Because by the time they did not received the battery. But Today when I visited service centre, found there a notice, that service centre is closed for renovation for some time. When I spoke to national customer care no. 18605008286, I have been told to wait till service centre open. This service centre is also far from my place, also i have visited at least 10 times and its more than two & half months but still i am awaiting for my mobile. Also, all the last contact no. given by service station (7795777238) is switched off continuously, and m in a no contact situation. Please suggest me with the action to do next. I will wait for a response from your side.
