Micromax Mobile Charging Problem Unresolved

I had purchased this Micromax mobile in may 2014 from mobile villa, Patna, a month later it got some charging problem. I submitted my mobile to service center to above mentioned address(dealer’s address). they took almost a month to solve the issue but again in a month period the problem persisted. It was submitted in month of September but till now there is no response from dealer. When it it was followed up they are just postponing it to some future time giving no attention at all. In a month time, it would cross its warranty time hence I would be charged to some amount for no reasons. I had also complained it to some senior executive but it was also of no use. Even if I say that I would escalate this issue to consumer forum, does not make any effect on them.

A month time later, warranty period would be crossed and I might be charged for the problem which could have been resolved in warranty time if it was taken care by service center. It is causing some mental trauma as well, because my problem is not being entertained.
