Job sheet No. S010088-0814-11858032 I submitted my phone for repair at micromax service center in bangalore.After that that for 1.5 months they said that they are waiting for a part to come from head office. But finally when I went to there center and inquired, it was said that phone has been send to head office. I logged the complaint against service center to customer care and also asked the status of my phone, it was told as it will take 20-30 working days from 17.10.2014. I called them again to check the status on 3.11.2014,still the status is 20-30 working days. It has been more than 2 months since I have submitted my phone.

I should receive a new phone in a good condition with additional warranty
