I had bought a Micromax A92 Canvas Lite Mobile from M/S Rahul Telecom, F-1/3, Near Primary School, Sunder Nagri, Delhi-110093 with Book No. 86 & Invoice (Serial) Number 4292 on 20th July 2013 on EMI financed from Home Credit with Loan Account Number 3300505109. On 29th August 2013, within a short span of 1 month the device has erupted with issues and problems. Even if I plug my headphones (Hands free) into my Micromax A92 Canvas Lite Mobile and plays music the sound plays from both speaker and headphones. To re check if I plug another (different model) headphone it works fine. On 09th September 2013 (Monday) I reported the same to Micromax Service Centre at SP-Solution Point, C9/213, Guru Nanak Pura, Opp. Ansal Building, Near V3S Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092 with job sheet Number N030816-0913-5305360 On 21st September 2013 I received message from Micromax to collect my mobile from the service center on any working day between 10AM to 6:30PM post repairs. On the same day (21st September 2013) I went to collect my device from the service center and found that they have not received the mobile and asked to collect it the next day and was shocked to get the same response. On my third visit on 24th September 2013 to the service station I came to know that all employees of a service center are in police custody on compliant of a similar sufferer. After that day I visited to your service station every alternate day, however no one is there to acknowledge or answer. On 25th September 2013 I called your customer care at 18605008286 and described the entire situation to the executive however the gentleman misguide me and said that I am taking your request and you will receive the device on your address within seven days and provide me reference number (2609132087) of my existing job sheet as a complaint number. Again I visited to your service center on 28th September 2013 around 17:15 the service center was locked when I made a call to your customer care several time to ask that service center is permanently closed or not then no one could address my concern. To my utter shock I received a reminder text message on 30th September 2013 & on 4th October 2013 requesting to collect my mobile from the service center. However I went there again to collect my mobile on 5th October 2013 around 18:05PM, from the service center and found that they have not received the mobile and asked to collect it on Monday. When I shown them my message that I got a message from Micromax to collect my mobile from the service center any working day between 10AM to 18:30PM then they said now service center is closed come on Monday then I made a call to your customer care at 18:11PM from my mobile number 8447561650 and describe all the situation to your executive again then she asked me to speak with the service center people I handed over the call to that person then after few conversation your customer care executive also ask me to come on Monday to collect my
Now I want Rs. 100,000.00 as defamation due to inconvenience, mental harassment from Micromax along with total mobile cost. Mobile Actual Prices is Rs. 9000.00 which cost me Rs. 13,420.00 due to finance from Home Credit India, details are given below. (A) Rs. 3370.00 down payment (B) Rs. 670.00 Per Month X 15 Installments = Rs. 10050.00 Total Mobile Cost: (A) + (B) = Rs. 13420.00
