I had purchased new micromax mobile Bolt A35 on May 03, 2013. From the day i purchased this new mobile i had below issues: 1. When ever there is call the other side person will hear disturbing noise and we can’t litterlly use the phone for talking. This was happening frequently. 2. When the mobile kept for charging it never shows 100 % charged 3. When I press the display button it never comes up in first attempt, i have to try multiple times With these issues i gave the phone to univercell, they had sent the phone to micromax support center at jalhalli, bangalore and they returned the phone after 20 days saying issue is fixed they had replaced the microphone. But the issue still exists. Later Univercell folks told better to take the phone at micromax support center, Malleshwaram, bangalore. I took the phone over there and in first day a lady (i don’t remember the name)took the phone after i explained the issue, she told this issue should be fixed after phone software is updated and she did the same and gave it back. But issues still exist. Again i took the phone after 4 days and the people at micromax were not ready to take the phone as they said issue doesn’t exist because they made few calls and it was fine but i had fight literally with them and they agreed to take the phone for L3 support Jobsheet No: S010076-0613-4048310 on June 06, 2013 and they committed the issue will be fixed with in 10 days. I followd up many times the people over not supporting they told motherboard needs to be replaced and we are waiting, today is July 25, 2013 and still i haven’t received the phone. I am following up them and even escallated to shivraj whose name was mentioned in service centre to handle escallation but no response till now. People are not responsive and not supportive in micromax service center & they didn’t give me any workarround phone. I need this to be resolved.
I need a new phone to be given or fix the existing phone with extra warranty and punish the folks in micromax service center for the time & frustration i spent in getting the support.
