Dear Sir/Madam, I want to bring in your mind that I have purchase the Handset Micromax X-103(IMEI-911256302211434&911256302211442)on date 14/05/2013. After some time network problem started to come in my phone. I submitted the handset on date 11/05/2013 for Repairing in Service Centre “Shiva Enterprises”, F-12-A, Maruti Plaza, Sanjay Place, Agra. I have found Request no. N040464-0613-4046544 and Estimated time 20 to 25 day for return the handset.when I went to know status of my handset on dated 08/07/2013,I have not found positive response. I send Email to info@micromaxinfo.com on Dated 08/07/2013 and I Found the New Complaint No.MMX0907133791 end of Mocromax Mobile, but I Have Not recieved my hand set to till date now.
