I have purchased a mobile handset of Micromax model-X450 on 11/07/2011, after that two time i was compelled to go to its service centre due to software problem, i was not able to write message,again this is the third time it has happened, in 5 months this is the 3rd time it has happened, they have sold me a set which have software problem,on every interval of one and half month it is malfunctioning, i have to run to the service center for software uploading,that means after the warranty period i have pay for software re-loading at an interval of one and half month that mean 9 times in a year. The company is also very reluctant they have not bothered to provide me a solution.
