Hi Team, On (14 December 2012) I bought a (A87 Micromax, A25 Micromax) mobile phone. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem: (Not Picking the Memory, Camera, Hanging, Video recording, Browsing, Gallery not open, no voice clarity for incoming calls and out going as well). I am writing you after contacting with your service centre, my experience with your presitigious company not good. Please find the Purchasing details. The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone (replaced) and I would request you to confirm that you will do this asap. Please arrang the New handset As Early As Possible, as i have frustrated with your both these models(A25, A87). I hope that you will not treat me like Mr. Reddy as below email sent by (Mr. Vasudev Reddy.)
