I brought a smart phone A116i from micromax company on 16.01.2014 . on 18.06. 2014 it show some problem , i deposit my smart phone in micromax service center at berhampur, orissa , for repair (within warranty period ) on same date according to their advice . with request no- R1406FOR10338444 and contact no-09861412xxx . till date ( 16.08.2014) I not receive my smart phone . now i am facing sever problem .so, kindly help me in my phone back in working condition or return my purchase value(money) . i am already complain 8 times to their company mail superfone@micromaxinfo.com with out any result .they are too much arrogant even replay they can’t help me if they can’t repair it

my phone with working condition and warranty should minus the repairing period or a new phone of same model or higher model or the price of the phone without further delay .
