MicroMax Mobile KeyPad Color and Poor Customer Service

I had Purchase a Micromax 206 CDMA Mobile before one Month from a Retail shop, but when we use our Mobile in Routine basis, but after 4 days our keypad colour is completely damaged. We are going to Micromax Authorised Service Centre but he says that the keypad colour is not in warranty, I have not solve your problem. I have also go to shop where we have purchased the mobile, but he also says same thing. So i will request you to solve my problem as soon as possible, beacuse this type of issues have damaged your company image and in future a customer have not purchase a Micromax Mobile.

Micromax Poor Service Network
I purchase micromax gc-222 fm.get connected shriram tower lucknow but after 1 month now charger showing that charge is doing but result phone take very little charge after connected long time .i test with other charger phone is o k and getting charge in time.on 8/10/13 i complaint at prince service centre lalbagh hazratganj lucknow but charger not changed by service centre and misguiding only. i requesting for replace it
