ON 25TH SEP 2012 I bought a micromax mobile phone model no A57 Ninja. In starting of February 2013 I got some wifi connectivity Problem in handset. I give it to authorized service center. They said there is some hardware problem called PCB chip need to be replaced. They give me 15 days’ time. I contacted them after 20 days. They replied still they not received the chip from company side, they told me to wait more 10 days. After an month I again went to the service center. Result is same. Then in after 15 April 2013 they returned my handset as it was before (not repaired). They said there is shortage of Parts so you please use your cell phone. As soon as we received the hardware chip we will contact you. When I came home and put the cell phone on charging it power on by itself. Now the phone has a new problem. Its Power on button got damaged. Further I did wait for 2 months for call from the service center but I didn’t get any. Then I revisited the service center in June. And given my handset for servicing. But again 15 days promise converted to 3 more months. Finally on august 26 2013 I got my handset back. They said it is repaired now but when I came back home and power on the handset it didn’t power on. Now the handset is totally dead. On 27th Aug. 2013 I went back to the service center. On 18Sep 2013 I got message from Micromax Head Office stated that your handset is repaired. Kindly collect the same from service center. I went there but from now till 29th Oct 2013 I did not received my handset. Response is same that “Parts not available”. Again and again I got this message. Now warranty Period is also finished.here i am attaching copy of job sheet given by the service center.
As a relief I want a box pack new handset with 6000 cash amount.
