I had bought a micromax ninja A91 mobile from jaipur. I had used it just for 2-3 days. Suddenly its display stopped working. I took it to a service centre in gurgaon whose address is as follows. SLR praveen communication, Shop number 6, Jagdamba market, near jai cinema hall, Gurgaon- 122001 Phone number: 0124-4110783 After checking the mobile they said that the display connector is burnt and I have to pay for the same as it is not covered in the warranty. I just want to know as to how is this possible?? The phone was never dropped neither water entered in it. Moreover according to the warranty statement para 5(c) it clearly states that “unless the defect was caused directly by defects in MATERIALS or workmanship” Burning of the display connector is clear indication of bad material or Workmanship which was not durable enough to sustain just a usage of few days. I am requesting you to please either repair the phone immediately or get it replaced free of cost. I hope you quickly work upon it and ask the service centre to do the needful immediately.
