: Dear Sir/Mam, I purchase Micromax Canvas HD A116 on 02/04/13 from Uniquekart website,but after three months its touch doesnot work then i submit to service centre in jalandhar city whose address is” Shree communications shop no. 5,G.S. Bajwa Complex,Opp Friends Bakery, Nakodar Road jalandhar city on date 03/08/13 they told me to collect after 20-25 days.whenever i call they don’t give proper response then after 40 days i call and they said that your set is ready then i went to them and ask for mobile but the set was in again that state in which i submitted .i.e. its touch is not working then again said in very irrespectfull manner that we are not responsible for that and they said to call me in 1 or 2 days but they never call me back and they also dont pick my call and rest time their phone is always switch off. please kindly take suitable action. Thank you.
