I ordered a mobile phone which is micromax a110 from timtara.com worth Rs8990 on 6th of november. I paid through debit card and it was told that the product will be delivered to me within 3 weeks but i did not receive it till 15th of December so i wanted to cancel my order and get refund of my money but now they are not cancelling my order.I called their customer call centre plenty of times and i wasted around 300 rs as balance calling them till now.All they say is that your cancellation will be done within next 48 hours evrytime i call them but still its not been cancelled. My money is blocked and i am not getting refund.
