Myself Jitendra Solanki, Gujarat. I had ordered Micromax Canvas – 4 A210 mobile phone from their website www.micromaxestore.com on 9th July 2013 against booking ID 16733. full payment worth Rs. 17999 made by me through my credit card. However after that the picture is dark. I ordered before 15 days however still I have not got its delivery at my address. Also I am not able to approach micromax on any given details on their website. If I try their number 011-30802830 then only music keeps playing. Out of all calls, 4 or 5 times I kept my call continued for 25-30 minutes but only music keeps playing. I emailed 6 times on their email ID given on their website service@micromaxestore.com but till date I have not received any reply also to my email.

Money paid on 9th July 2013 got blocked and no feedback happening from company.
