i had purchased a micromax mobile phone in the month of may, 2013 since then i have been being harassed by the company’s service center because my respective product has not been working since the day i had purchased it, i had submitted my product in micromax ganga palza, meerut service center. but now they do not pick my call, even they do not tell me about when they will return my product.

I want to get my money refunded along with the interest & compensation for harassing me mentally & physically.
