Micromax Mobile Poor Customer Service

Dear Customer Support Team, I have purchased Micromax C263 phone dated: 18/02/2013 and was facing some problems with device, so i submitted the device at service centre in Osmanabad Naming Utkarsh Mobile Services (Authorised). It has be more than 2 months since submission and i am not getting my device back and is taking longer than usual. Micromax, a growing concern, a building brand, i hope is caring less about post sales service, and i suppose that this also affects brand image of the company. If Micromax is not keeping in mind for post sales service then how can it build its brand image. I request you to co-operate me and please let me get my handset as soon as possible. Me to is a retailer of Mobile phone and how can i recommend Micromax to my customers. Please help me to get out of this stuff.
