I,AVIJIT ACHARJEE,from Durgapur, West Bengal, purchased a Micromx A-92 model,from a mobile shop near durgapur,city centre,west bengal on 01/08/2013.It started giving me trouble after just using it for 4 months.Its touch pad’s functioning became totally stopped in the month of march.So I went to the near by max care center (UCP/37,ambuja commercial complex,near rose valley, City center,Durgapur-713216) for repairing my mobile which has one year warranty also.service centre people took the mobile and told me to come after 25 days,to collect the same. after that, many 25 days have been past, still they have not returned it to me.In the month of july the Micromax has shut down its service center temporarily in durgapur. Its address has been shifted to some other place.

I also phoned to the near by service center .they also couldn’t help me, and embarrassed me many times .From the last 3 months I don’t have that phone with me .I need a new phone and also extended warranty.Please help me so that I can get my mobile back.
