I purchased a micromax GC666 on Nov. 2014 but after 5 months, the screen and charging connector were not working properly. I gave it to shivi infotech for repair under warranty on 27 april 2015. They asked me to come back after one month for repaired handset. But when I went to him on 18 june 2015, they said that my handset was replaced by micromax A62 gsm handset without any information. My handset was cdma+gsm and they want to return me a gsm+gsm handset which is useless for me. I have a receipt given by them and the jobsheet number is N040366041516311516.

M/s shivi infotech replaced my mobile without my permission. My model was GC666 and they provide me micromax A62 which is used by someone. They are unable to provide my handset back to me and not any single satisfactory answer to me.
