I’m using a Micromax X295 and in just 2-3 months its screen went faulty. I asked the service center for a solution and they submitted my mobile for screen replacement. Asking for the resolution time they said it’d take around 2 weeks. Its been more than 4 weeks since then and i’m still getting no specific replies or a good reason to why its taking so much time. Please help me. The service center details are as follows: A.V. Communication, ABC Plaza, Court Road, Saharanpur. Hope you’ll quickly resolve this issue and help me out. i am going to service center because my micromax a65 has display problem so they says it takes minimum 3 month . micro max service center district center janakpuri so ,i have only a way to go for consumer court .
