Sir, I have purchased Micro Max A 116 on 30th May 2013 of worth of Rs. 14,100/- but facing problem of battery charging. I contacted your service center M/s Shree Communication, Jain Market, Sadar Bazar Sirsa, on 23-07-2013 against Job Sheet N060180-0715-4614967 R/3073602518 for redress but your care center holder is a non etiquette person. He returned my handset without grievances along with a foul language. As not satisfied with the repair the complainant again submitted the handset for repair or replacement vide Jobsheet N060180-0813-4989878 R/1308FHAR5037203 on 19-08-2013 but result was same. Till today the complainant is suffering with the problem. Please do the needful.
