I purchased a brand new Micromax mobile Model No. A250. In 12 days from the date of receipt of delivery of my mobile, it stopped working. I took it to the Service Centre M/s V Care Telecom Services on 12 Dec 2013. They said that its motherboard is dead and WITHIN 20 days I will get the mobile repaired. Though I insisted on a new mobile, they said it may not be considered. Now after 45 days my mobile is not either repaired or replaced. Numerous calls to them are going to deaf ears with just assurances of another few days or another 15 days!!!! An amount of Rs. 17,812.00 is the purchase price. I would like to ask for compensation and damages which it caused me which is not definable as I am a businessmen.
I demand compensation of Rs. One lakhs + 100% Refund of my purchase amount as I no longer trust the said company’s product and services.
