I submitted my Micromax Mobile phone on 6 July 2013 at Noida sec-18 service centre because its

on/off switch was not working and it was hanging after call ends service centre employs said that u

will get it next week but its 24 Aug today , almost after 2 month i didnt got my phone yet and

theyre saying u will get it after 4 days they are just delaying it. I have also mailed at customer

service email id, they just give me a complain no and said that “I have escalated your mail”. But

still there is no response. I am totally fedup with the service.

Now I am going to compalin in consumer court against micromax and his service center, because i

have no other choice.
