I have purchased Micromax mobile Canvas 4 using Micromax Estore on 8 July 2013 ,while purchasing they shown their T&C.They state that shipping will be 10 July 2013 onward and “We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 4-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order depending on the availability of the product.” till today they do not ship the phone and they are not telling exact anything.they are not responding to my telephonic or Email communication. My online order no is 6710 on micromax Estore.
