I have purchased a micromax A120 mobile, after 12 days a black spot appear on my display. So i gave it to authorize service center “M/S SPACE TELECOME” on 03/12/14 having job no. E010144-1214-13727269.They say it will take 7-15 days to deliver me the serviced product but till now they are not done.And also they are not respond to calls.

I went to the service center in every two days as they are not respond to the phone call.

I want fully replaced product.
